• The product must not show signs of misuse, physical damage, or unauthorized repair.
• Products returned without original packaging or accessories may not be accepted.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
• Products that have been used, altered, or installed.
• Digital products, downloadable items, gift cards, or customized products.
• Products marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID and clear photographs or videos (if applicable). Once your request is approved, we will provide further instructions for returning the product.

6. Inspection

All returned products are inspected after they are received. If the product meets our return eligibility criteria, your return will be accepted and the refund or replacement process will be initiated.

7. Shipping Charges

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost. For all other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
